Day 1 ARRIVAL, WARSAW
Airport pick-up, transfer to hotel in Mikołajki.
In the evening meeting with the pilot of the group.
Day 2 St. LIPKA and SANCTUARY OF St. MARY, HITLER’S MILITRAY HEADQUARTER „WOLF’S LAIR” („WILCZY SZANIEC”), CRUISE THE LAKE
After early breakfast tour along Masuria – drive to St. Lipka to Sanctuary of St. Mary, then heading towards Gierloz and sightseeing Hitler’s military headquarter „Wolf’s Lair” - in 1944 over 2000 people lived here. On July 20th, 1944 Colonel Claus Schenk von Stauffenberg has made an unsuccessful attempt on Adolf Hitler.
Return to Mikołajki – cruise on the largest lake in Poland, Sniardwy. Moment of free time in the center of the famous resort of Masuria. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 OLSZTYN , OLSZTYNEK, GRUNWALD
Breakfast, check out and drive to Olsztyn, the capital od Warmia.
Old Town sightseeing: cathedral, castle courtyard, Space Flight Planetarium. Drive to Olsztynek. Visiting Folk Architecture Museum and Etnographic Park – one of the oldest buildings of this type in Poland. In the thirty-five hectares, there are over sixty objectsof large and small architecture of the region of Warmia, Masuria, the Vistula, so called Lithuania Minor ( tzw. Małej Litwy) and Samland.
Transfer to Grunwald – visit to the one of the largest bettlefields of medival Europe.
In the afternoon transfer to hotel in Warsaw for dinner and overnight. The end of the tour program.
