Sightseeing the main market - square and network forming the Old Town street were delineated in 1257. To this day survived located centrally on Market Cloth, tiny church of St. Adalbert, a lonely tower demolished in the XIXth century Town Hall and one of the symbols of Krakow – St. Mary’s Church. Krakow is the place where his life’s work – a monumental altar attracting thousands of tourists every day – created the Nuremberg master, Wit Stoss. With main market involves a lot of Krakow legends, tradiotions and historical events – for example bugle call played every hour from one of the towers window of St. Mary’s Church, June Lajkonik procession. Almost all the houses and palaces around the market are centuries-old historic buildings.

Passing through Old Town where almost every building is a historical monument – there is a dozen of museums and galleries, a number of churches and theaters. Walking the Royal Route – the oldest and probably the most well-known tourist trail. It leads from the St. Florian Church on the square of Jan Matejko through the Florian Gate. Here, in the only well-preserved fragment of the powerful ramparts, is Arsenal – now part of the Czartoryski Museum. The trail leads along the Florianska street to the Market, and then Grodzka and Kanoniczna street to the Wawel Royal Castle.

Sightseeing Kazimierz which after the tragedy of Worls War II and the extermination of Jews by Nazi invaders was abandoned for decades and fell into disrepair in that time. In the nineties of the twentieth century Kazimierz district began to recover thanks to the Festival of Jewish Culture and the Steven Spielberg film “ Schindler’s List “ which was filmed right here, in Kazimierz district in Krakow.

Walk towards Wawel Royal Castle through one of the most important and beautiful streets of the city with the appearance unchanged for centuries – Kanoniczna street. In the castle interiors are waiting exhibitions: royal chambers, a collection of Eastern art and war trophies, a unique collection of Flemish tapestries and archaeological discoveries which are the evidence of over thousand years presence of Christianity in Polish lands. Walk to the Wawel Cathedral and visiting the royal tombs.

Walk along the Vistula River to the sculpture of the Wawel Dragon and entrance to the dragon’s mouth.

Drive to Nowa Huta – steelworks which was created in 1949 by the decision of than Communist authorities. Nowa Huta was established in more than 30 existing here before villages – their cultural heritage has largely been preserved, whit mansions, rural buildings, sacral and necropolises. These includes seventeenth century Calvinist church on Łuczanowice, Branicki court and nineteenth century Badeni manor house in Branice – today the Krakow branch of the Archaeological Museum, documenting the enormous wealth of the local excavations. Nearby is also the most valuable monument in Nowa Huta – the thirteenth century Cisterian abbey.

Walk to Kosciuczko Mound. On the Mound You can see all the historical and contemporary Krakow.
